Orders, delivery and collections

Can I check the status of my order once I’ve placed it?

Check the status of your order via “My Account” and then “My Orders”. If you have any further queries, please contact us on info@reactionsport.com.

How will my item be delivered?

We use Royal Mail and all deliveries will be sent by recorded delivery. You will be contacted by Royal Mail with a tracking number.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Items will be delivered within 7-10 days. You will be able to track your order via the Reaction Sport website.  

Will I be notified when my order is ready for collection

You will recieve an email when your order is ready for collection. 

When can I collect an order from the Academy?

We are located at Proaction Martial Arts Academy, 15 Osyth Close, Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN4 7DY

Our opening times are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 09:00 – 16:00

Monday – Thursday evening 5:00-20:30

Saturday 09:00 – 13:00

 

Please call us on 07717 116 115 before you arrive as this will allow us to make the collection as efficient as possible.  This number will be answered between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday.

How can I check the stock available?

Stock availability is shown on the site. If any items are unavailable, you can sign up to receive a notification when the items are back in stock.

Can I pre-order or reserve an out-of-stock item?

We do not offer a reservation service. We recommend you sign up to be notified when we have new stock in. You can do this on the page of the item you wish to purchase.

Do I have to collect my order within a certain time period from the Academy?

You must collect your order within 2 weeks of the date you were notified it was available at the Academy. If you do not collect your order within this time, it will be returned, and refund given.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer delivery throughout mainland UK. If you are ordering from Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or internationally please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your ordering.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Can I change or cancel an order I’ve made online?

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’. You will need to notify the us by email info@reactionsport.com if you wish to cancel your order within this time period.  You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.

How do I return an item?

Please complete the Reactionsport Returns Form with the order number, item description, and reason for return. Ensure this form is packed with the item being returned. All costs associated with posting an item back to us is the responsibility of the customer. We can accept returns at the Academy (in-person drop off).

Can I exchange my items for a different size?

We ask that any items you wish to exchange are returned to us so that we can issue a refund. You will then be able to reorder the correct item. We cannot exchange gum shields or groin guards for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

 

Can I get a refund for my items purchased?

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on within 28 days. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original state – not washed, worn, altered or soiled and must be returned in the original packaging.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchased product. Please return the item within 28 days of receipt. Please complete the return slip stating what the fault is and if you would like a replacement item or refund.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt if the quality of the product is unused.

If returned by post, please retain the proof of postage until the refund has been made.

 

Can I exchange my items for a different size?

As long as the item has not been worn or washed and is in original packaging, we can arrange for an exchange. Please contact us to check stock levels.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchased product. Please return the product, this must still be within 28 days of receiving your order.

A Reactionsport Returns Form can be downloaded here. Alternatively you can contact us via info@reactionsport.com for a form to be emailed to you.

Payments

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this time but we hope to in the near future.

Can I arrange to pay cash on collection?

We do not accept cash payments. All orders must be paid for at the point of purchase on Reaction Sport the website.

 

Do you offer any discounts for bulk purchases?

We do not offer discounts on bulk purchases. If you have a requirement for large orders, please get in touch with us on info@reactionsport.com to discuss.

How do I change my personal details on my account?

If you need to change details such as postal address, phone number or email you can do this by clicking on the Support tab, My Account. If you experience any problems contact us on info@reactionsport.com

Proaction Members

As a Proaction member, can I still order and collect through my instructor?

No, instructors are not able to collect orders. All orders for Proaction equipment, clothing and accessories must now be made through Reaction Sport. You can now see the full range of products, sizes, and stock availability.

This is to make it as convienent for you to order the equipment and clothing you require and have it sent directly to you. 

Can I order online and collect free of charge from my regular training venue?

No, you can only collect orders from our Academy in Northampton or have them sent directly to your home address. This will allow our instructors to focus on providing the best possible experience for their students in the lessons.

Why am I having to pay a flat rate postage for orders when I used to be able to collect for free from my instructor?

Many of our items are heavy and bulky, for example sparring kits and the clothing. By having a flat rate on postage we are able to keep the cost of delivery as low as possible for our members.

Why do I have to buy items through Reaction Sport and not from an alternative supplier?

We have a duty of care for our members who train with us and to our instructors. Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing are combat sports and the quality of the protective equipment is very important. All the sparring and safety equipment we offer has been quality tested and provides the best protection. If equipment is purchased from other suppliers, we cannot guarantee the safety of our members who use it.
