Where is my order?
Check the status of your order via "My Account" and then "My Orders". If you have any further queries, please contact us.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and delivered within 7-10 days.
Can I get my instructor to collect my "local pickup" order?
If you select this option it is your responsibility to collect from our Northampton Academy your Instructor will not be able to bring to your class for you. If you are unable to get to Northampton please select the postage option and it will be delivered straight to your home for you.
How long will it take my order to be ready to collect?
Orders are ready to collect within 2-5 days.
How long do I have to collect my order?
You must collect your order within 30 days or else your items will be returned and restocked at a 10% fee of your order.
When can I collect my order?
We are open Monday-Thursday 5pm-8pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm for collections. If you would like to collect outside of these times please call 07717116115
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver across the UK. If you are outside of the UK, please contact us.
How do I return an item?
Please include the order number, item and reason for return inside the order packaging.
Are returns free?
There are zero processing fees but you must cover delivery or collection costs.
What items am I unable to return?
You are unable to return any gum shields or groin guard products. You are also unable to return any items outside of the 28 day returns policy.
I have forgotten my password?
Please follow the "lost password" instructions. If any further issues, please contact us.
Can I buy an out of stock product on backorder?
We currently do not accept backorders.
Can I exchange my items for a different size?
We do not accept exchanges. Please return your product and reorder in the correct size.
Can I get a refund for my items purchased?
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made within 28 days. Returns will only be accepted in its original state - not washed, worn, altered, soiled or out of the original packaging.
My item is faulty, what do I do?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchased product. Please return the product, this must still be within 28 days of receiving your order.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt if the quality of the product remains.
If returned by post we suggest keeping a proof of postage until a refund has been made.

How much does shipping cost?
Delivery costs £4.50 which is our flat rate across the country.
