Nunchaku Workshop

Booking Terms and Conditions for Workshops (Nunchaku, Sparring and Self Defence):

Bookings for workshops can only be made online. If you are struggling to make payment please contact the office by emailing enquiries@martialartslessons.co.uk or calling 07717 116115 and we can provide guidance and support to make your booking.

Bookings are only available for our Taekwondo and Kickboxing members only (no Mighty Monkeys or non members). Proaction reserves the right to cancel any bookings made for any workshop which are not within our guidelines.

Cancellation:

Workshop bookings are non-refundable

If in the unlikely event you are unable to make the workshop you have booked, please let us know 10 days prior to the event date and we can transfer your fee to a credit note to be used at one of our other workshop events (please see credit notes section below).

Cancellations made within 10 days of the event date will also be awarded a credit note (please see credit notes section below), but maybe subject to an administration charge of £5.

Circumstances beyond our control:

We reserve the right to cancel any events at any time and with any notice period, in the event of circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from operating the event as planned. In the event of Proaction canceling the event due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to review and amend our cancellation/refund policy.

Credit Notes:

When a credit notes is awarded this is valid for 12 months from the date of issue (unless otherwise specified). You can use the credit note for another workshop ONLY (before it expires). Please note credit notes are not automatically applied for the next workshop it remains your responsibility to inform us when you would like to use it by emailing enquiries@martialartslessons.co.uk or calling 07717 116115.

Non Attendance:

If for any reason on the day of the workshop you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as you are able by emailing enquiries@martialartslessons.co.uk or calling 07717 116115 (messages may not be picked up until the next working day), and we will offer you a credit note (please see section on credit notes), this may incur a £5 admin charge. Failure to notify us that you are unable to attend will mean no credit note or refund will be issued.
